Casey began his career at a non-profit in Denver, Colorado working on the federal Weatherization Assistance Program. There he first began working on homes and received training in residential energy conservation. This has always been a focus and guiding force for his work.

Upon returning to his native home of Indianapolis he continued in this mission as he helped create and supervise a similar energy conservation program for a major Indiana utility. From that point he turned his eye to new construction and began working for a custom homebuilder. 

He went on to start his own business in 2022.
